Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.

Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.
Small Size: (Approximately 6 months old — Approximately 6-8 pounds)
Some kittens at 5 months may need the small size if they are growing fast, or are large-breed cats.
Small-boned, adult cats often wear the small size. If your cat seems smaller than an average, full-grown cat, choose small.

My niece helps me with the application - my eyesight is poor. Some have come off and we just replace them. Mu kitten seems not to mind them too much.

Soft paws are a dream come true! they havent fallen off in the two weeks he has worn them, i made sure to clip and clean his nails before application. Beary is happy as ever and my upholstry is safe and my hands are scratch free!

I have been using soft paws for years. They have saved my furniture and my arms when my cat is annoyed at me. It makes me happy there is a safe alternative to declawing. Plus my princess looks cute in pink!

My cat took to the soft paws immediately! She doesn't scratch at the couch anymore and they look adorable. It took her a while to realize that she can't "climb" up the bed anymore, but she hops right up with a running start. This is an amazing product that is user and pet friendly.

I couldn't afford to have my cat, Pooh, declawed and after ready up on the procedure I would NEVER put my pet through that. So I happened to see the SoftPaw advertisement and figured that would be a temporary solution till I saved up the money. No worries.... not even trying to declaw her now. This product is awesome! She's such a little diva anyway and now everyone compliments her pawidcure! LOL

We adopted a 5 month old kitten. We decided to try soft paws along with multiple scratching towers to keep her from destroying the furniture. I love the concept and love the product. However, little Riley has successfully chewed off several applications of the nail caps. The longest she has kept one on has been 5 days.

My kitten was rescued from the middle of a very busy highway, with cars driving over her. It's a miracle she wasn't killed. We brought her home and loved her, but this tiny kitten scratch up furniture and climb curtains faster than any cat I've ever had. When I heard about softpaws, I was dubious especially when I read some of the negative comments on the Internet. But I dreaded putting this precious kitten through surgery, so I ordered softpaws. The first application was clumsy, but we quickly got the hang of it.
Now my kitten sports pretty pink claws. She can play with my grandson without scratching him and my furniture is intact. plus I didn't have to subject my kitten to the stress of surgery.
