Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.

Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.

Small Size: (Approximately 6 months old — Approximately 6-8 pounds)

Some kittens at 5 months may need the small size if they are growing fast, or are large-breed cats.

Small-boned, adult cats often wear the small size. If your cat seems smaller than an average, full-grown cat, choose small.

    HAVE NOT USED THESE AS YET..HAD A KITTEN TO PUT THEM ON BUT WE FOUND HER A HOME BEFORE WE GOT THE SOFT PAWS IN THE MAIL..SO I WILL SAVE THEM FOR THE NEXT KITTEN WE RESCUE..

    These are surprisingly easy to use. Our little Pilar doesn't mind them at all. In fact, she likes to splay out her little toes and stares at them like she is admiring them.

    I was nervous when my cat started clawing furniture and even me when she would play because I hate the thought of declawing! Thankfully I called my vet to ask about alternatives and the tech recommended these. They are a great product that is easy to apply. Added bonus that they look cute on my girl and she got use to them very quickly!!

    To tell you the truth I oreded the wrong size, so I haven't used them. Wasn't sure if I could return to get the next size up.

    This product is awesome! All of my kids were scared to play with our kitten because she loved to use her paws (and claws) to play. Application was easy and amazingly, our kitty didn't even seem to mind they were there. All the kids love to play with her now and there are no more scratched up hands and legs and tears.

    our kitten really likes to play with our four month old babies feet, plus I also have a skin reaction if she scratches me
    The application was a little difficult as we only just recently rescued her and she has never had her nails clipped before so by the time they were ready to have the caps put on she was a little impatient, but that is of no fault to the product! They went on quick and easy and she didn't even notice them once they were on
    Very seriously considering getting some for our dog so he can have pretty baby safe and reaction free claws too :)

    You have to be ready to apply and reapply them at the beginning because the cat will try to get them off until they realize resistance is futile. I love them I just wish it was easier for the cat to adapt.
