Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.

Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.

We have one kitty who is front declawed and a newer kitty who must keep her natural nails. We needed a solution to provide balance with the kitties in the same household, save our wood floors and leather, plus ourselves from errant claws. We've been using softpaws with our younger kitty for over a year and are happy with the result. It takes a few applications to get good at the amount of glue, how to best hold her and getting them secure to stay put for the life of each nail. She still 'scratches' on the furniture, but no harm comes - only her cute pale pink nails touch the furniture. We are happy with this long-term solution!

I’ve been using soft paws for my two cats for years! They are the best way to keep your furniture and other areas of your house protected from scratches. I think my dogs appreciate the covered claws on the cats too!

We love this product, they look like a manicure , I have matching collars , each cat has their own color , that way we know who lost one . Quick to replace !

This is my second time buying & I love them! They're great for my little girl who was the biggest culprit of furniture scratching. They last several weeks on her.
My man cat rejected them and would chew at them until they came off (usually took about a day). So it really depends on the cat, but I believe most of them will forget their even there after the caps dry. -

these soft paws help us take our cat on vacations. We go where there is leather furniture and her claws would do much damage. With the soft Paws she can't hurt a thing. They are a real life saver.
