31. Great Customer Service

    I ordered blue and silver glitter but ended up with another color in the mail. Customer service got this quickly resolved and was so great to work with! Wonderful product as well!

    I recently got this product after doing some extensive research as to where to put my money when buying claw caps. I was really nervous and apprehensive because I read that some cats react really badly to caps, chewing the plastic off. I also read some cats are allergic to the glue, and I was nervous because my cat has sensitive skin. I also heard they're useless and pop off really quickly. So far? None of those have been issues. My cat does chew sometimes but hasn't gotten the caps off, her skin hasn't reacted to the glue, and they haven't popped off yet. I'm rather pleased with this and will be ordering again in the future.

    I love these things. They are easy to put on even for a very skittish cat. Stay on even after a chewing. These are worth the money specially to save your furniture!

    I got soft paws for our Dali, because he was trying to scratch our new dining chairs. The only thing I can tell you is; What an amazing product, our little ball of fur can no longer damage the chairs in fact he lost interest all together. We are so so happy and grateful for this clever product. Please try it out and never try to cut your babies claws or declaw your fur babies that's cruel, 100 percent mutilation.

    I have used Soft Paws on several cats over the years. Soft Paws is the best alternative to declawing - a cruel surgery.

    I have been using Soft Paws for many years. I did not want to declaw my cats and Soft Paws solved the scratching problems. I now have 2 cats who wear them. When I can, I change colors for the season! It's fun and my kitties look so cute!

    I have been a customer for years and am glad that they have recently added a rewards system, my only suggestion would be that they add more applicator tips to each order since when the Soft Paws eventually do come off they rarely do more than one or two at a time. And forcefully removing them can be a pain to deal with even in a very tolerant cat. Otherwise, always a happy customer.

    These caps are amazing if you don't want to declaw your cat but also don't want them scratching everything up. They stay on for a pretty good amount of time as well and the colors are so fun! My cat isn't bothered by them one bit for the most part. Will keep buying!

    Wearing Claw caps, Tigger can flex her claws without damaging my sofa. Each weekend I examine her claws and replace the few that have grown out.
    I refrigerate the glue to make it last longer. Extra glue pipettes are available.
