- Soft Paws® Feline (Large)
Product Description
Solve Your Cat Scratching Problems Using Original, Authentic, Soft Paws--Made in the U.S.A.
Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.
Economical Price
Only $19.95 per package for a 4 to 6 month supply.
Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.
Large Size: (Approximately 14 pounds and up)
Very large-boned and large-breed cats wear large. Maine Coons, for example, are very large cats and generally wear large.
Note: "Large" refers to how big-boned your breed of cat is, not how obese your cat may be. Fat cats have the same size claws as slim cats.

Great Product

These are great for my cats, however unable to keep them from "working on them" and finally gets several of them off within 7 days after they are put on.

works great
Posted by michelle traicoff on 3rd Feb 2015
I was very skeptical whether my two kitties would tolerate something on their claws. I was amazed, they don't even notice they are there! These have saved my furniture and my sanity! I can't live without them now!

Works awesome. Can be done with 1 person, but 2 people makes it easier.

Outstanding

I love these. Having a MaineCoon, there is an element of destruction being that she is an inside cat only to extend her life expectance. I refuse to get my cats declawed, but still want to have a nice home and nice furniture. These are the salvation! They stay on well, they're cute as they can be and the cat (after some soft food as a treat for enduring the application) doesn't hate me for putting them on her!

Best Alternative to De-Clawing
Posted by Unknown on 11th Jan 2015
I am so glad my husband found this alternative to De-clawing our cat. These allow us to play with our cat without getting clawed up. She looks good in the Candy Cane Sparkle colors.

It was not what I ordered
Posted by ashby harris on 6th Jan 2015
I'm fairly confident that I ordered white paws but I got clear ones. I kept getting emails that my order could not be completed, but I got the order anyway. Maybe you can't get white ones any more, but I've never had a problem before. I think I might try Amazon next time. I'm not so sure about the adhesive either. My cat loses about one cap a day.

Excellent product!
Posted by Lisa on 31st Dec 2014
Exactly what I needed for my cat! I don't believe in declawing but my cat will not leave one particular couch alone, I tried everything, multiple scratching posts, spraying him with water etc etc. Nothing worked. The soft paws are perfect. They were easy to apply and my cat didn't mind me applying them. He pulled one of them off but I re-applied it. The large size caps fit on my 23lb cat after I trimmed the clear section off the caps. My cat is large and has always had large paws and is just a large cat in general. The only problem I came across was that my cat is long hair and some of the fur between his paws got stuck in the glue and pulled his fur off, no irritation is evident but next time I will use less glue just in case there was some spillage.

Best Out There

I've tried several types of nail caps and these are hands down the most durable, best looking, and longest lasting. They're definitely worth the little extra they cost over their competitors.

Can't Say Enough
Posted by Robert C on 5th Dec 2014
My cat is 13 years old and has used soft paws since about 10 weeks old. He tolerates them well and it has been a way of life for all. Simple to apply and no hassle. Furniture /scratching non- existent and no need to declaw.

Best Idea Ever!
Posted by Unknown on 3rd Dec 2014
When I recently moved in with my mother, she insisted that I get my cats declawed to protect her and her furniture. I am very much opposed to declawing and was delighted to find Soft Paws. They are much easier to use (once your cat gets used to them) than I expected. My cats know that when they are good about getting the Soft Paws replaced, they get a little treat. I just think they are the best idea ever.
