Product Description
Solve Your Cat Scratching Problems Using Original, Authentic, Soft Paws—Made in the U.S.A.
Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.
Economical Price
Only $19.95 per package for a 4 to 6 month supply.
Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.
Kitten Size: (Less than 6 months old)
Soft Paws will fit most kittens by the time they reach the age of 16 weeks (4 months). Some kittens can wear them as early as age 12 weeks (3 months) . To test, try a nail cap on first without the adhesive. If it looks too big, don't glue it on. The nail cap should fit snugly, like a glove, but not cover the cuticle.
To accommodate smaller kittens, you can trim the base of the nail cap, making it smaller so it will fit your kitten's nail.
The kitten size generally fits kittens up to about 5 pounds and about 5 months of age.

great idea

The idea of having caps to put on claws is brilliant. However, actually applying them and having them stay is not quite as brilliant. My kitten's soft paws were falling off quite immediately, not due to design issues at all- but she's a kitten and she hasn't stopped moving since the minute she popped out of her mama. Allowing the adhesive time to dry is critical for longevity, and that time is simply not available with finicky cats.
