  1. Helps my dog get around!

Posted by Tim on 11th Mar 2017

I know the main purpose of these is to protect furniture etc. However I have a different use for them. My dog (Hunter) is handicapped and has a cart, so when hes using it he was dragging his back paws just enough that he would wear down his claws. Since I've been using Soft Paws (for about 5 years now), his claws dont get damaged from his scraping and he's happily going on walks!
Thanks for helping Hunter walk again!

  2. can't really rate because I have not been able to try product

ordered the size you suggested for german shepherd and they are too small. Don't know if this products works because I need to order a larger pair:( $22 down the drain)

  3. Works great!

Posted by Cynthia on 19th Feb 2017

These have been wonderful for our dog. She is 60 pounds and can be very hyper. Likes to playfully jump and paw at us. The soft paws have saved us from many scratches! It isn't comfortable to be scratched with them, but it keeps the nails from breaking skin.

  4. Fantastic

We have brought these for our cats before to stop them from scratching the couch and didn't realise thee was a dog version. We have just moved into a house with wooden floors and these softpaws have saved the flooring.

  5. Great Product

We have a Bull Arab X Dalmatian, and these work amazingly on her. We are able to protect our flooring, and she looks fab at the same time! :)

  6. Awesome product

Posted by Kira S. on 24th Dec 2016

We own an elderly Chesapeake Bay Retriever whose claws have carved deep holes and scratches all over the front windowsill (where she sees the postal carrier) and our old floors. We have just remodeled and put in new floors. Soft Paws literally saved her life, because we would not have been able to tolerate the damage to our $$$$$ investment. These are a terrific invention and the previous destruction my sweet dog inflicted seems like a bad dream. Thank you so much Soft Paws!

  7. Great Concept, But...

Posted by Steve on 21st Dec 2016

I really was excited to try these, as we just had our hard wood floors resurfaced and needed to protect them. I ordered the correct size. They are a great concept, but just didn't work out as expected for my dogs. My Black Lab took them all off herself in less than 24 hours and destroyed them in the process. We had a better experience on my German Shepherd. She still has most of them on, but tends to lose at least one every day or two. Probably works better on less active dogs? However, she has already worn through the tips of almost all of them. It has been less than two weeks! I am disappointed, but will continue to use them until I find something better. I am now at the point where I need to reorder more, but hesitant. These are too much daily work for me and simply do not last as advertised, but it is a necessary evil for my house.

  8. Works as expected!

Posted by Oscar Gidas on 14th Dec 2016

After everything was installed, our dog is not the quietest walker in the house. She's a 60 lb. black lab and we wanted to save our newly refinished wood floors until they get broken in. The Softpaws are working great and we have avoided any nail marks.

  9. Heart Pine Floors

Posted by Sherry on 12th Dec 2016

Just refinished soft heart pine floors that had seriously suffered from our Portugese Water Dog's nails. She is very active inside and outside. She slips and slides on hardwoods. Asked our groomer to put on the soft paws and 2 weeks later they are working out great! Got red for Christmas. So happy to find something that saves our floors and that she will not chew/eat. She still slips and slides, but no scratches.

  10. Great for the 1st week so far!

Posted by Kristopher Rich on 28th Sep 2016

Very easy to put these on my pup! We have a new house with a new hardwood floor. Our black lab essentially destroyed with hardwood floor in our last house...we vowed "never again". So far, he's worn these for 1 week and have no problems. The went on easy, and he is tolerating them well. It has changed the sound from "click click click" when he walks across the floor to essentially no sound...so they are clearly less damaging to the floors.

So far, so good. Let's see how long they last with daily long outside walks.
